Ownership includes the information or elements contained in texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphics, databases, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, or other signs protected by intellectual or industrial property rights. Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. hereby provides the User with information regarding the functionality of the site and the services offered through it. We invite the User to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using our services. By using the site, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. Content of the Service Since 2008, Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. has been offering customers high-quality products with the specific aim of making sportswear elegant. The site allows users to view the product showcase and proceed to direct purchases through the dedicated e-commerce section.

Terms of Use Navigation of the site by a minor User presumes and implies parental authorization and supervision, or the authorization and supervision of those exercising parental authority or guardianship, who will therefore assume all responsibility for the minor's actions towards Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. and any third parties involved for any reason. Registration and services made available through this website are permitted exclusively to adult users. Express consent from individuals under 18 years of age is not accepted; therefore, by accessing services that require the provision of personal data, the User guarantees that they are of legal age. Furthermore, regarding purchases and transactions carried out through the site, the User performing such operations declares to be 18 years or older.

Guest Checkout and Registration To purchase goods through the e-commerce section, the User must truthfully and completely provide the required data in the relevant checkout form (mandatory: name, surname, email, address, and phone number; optionally: company name), declare that they have read the Privacy Policy, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. After making the first purchase or, independently of it, at any time, the User can register to create an account. In this case, in addition to quick access via social login (Google, Facebook), the User can complete the registration form by entering the required data (mandatory: name, surname, email). For registered users, purchasing will naturally be faster. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials secure. It is understood that under no circumstances can the owner of the website be held liable in the event of loss, disclosure, theft, or unauthorized use by third parties, for whatever reason, of the User's access credentials.

Account Deletion and Closure In the event of a breach by the User of these Terms and Conditions or applicable legal provisions, the owner of the website reserves the right to suspend or close the User's account at any time and without prior notice.

Service Limitation Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, modify the site, or limit access to it without prior notice to the User. The Company cannot be held responsible for temporary unavailability of access to the site or for the inability to use certain features using specific devices. Furthermore, the Company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by cyberattacks, such as viruses or other malware, that may affect the User's devices while using the site and related resources.

Prohibited Uses of the Site Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. does not permit any commercial use of the site or its content. The reproduction or copying of images and content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Conduct by the User that may cause disruption, limitation, or compromise the functionality of the site is not permitted. Purchases via the Site The site allows users to search for Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. products and purchase a wide range of goods and items. If the User wishes to purchase one or more of our products, they can select them one by one, adding them to their virtual cart. Once all items of interest are in the cart, the order can be submitted. The site will provide a summary page of the selected products, their price, and delivery options with relative costs.

The User will be asked to confirm the purchase and select the preferred delivery, transport, and payment method. We always recommend verifying order details before completing the purchase phase (e.g., product, quantity, size, color, etc.). Following order placement, the User will receive an email message confirming receipt of the purchase order. The sales contract concluded between the User and Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. will be considered completed at this point. If the User does not receive an order confirmation within 10 business days, the order shall be deemed rejected and, therefore, without effect.

If products included in the order are unavailable, Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. will promptly notify the User and refund any amounts already paid. The Company ships nationally and internationally (Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany). The delivery time expressed in working days, indicated where possible in the order confirmation, includes weekdays only (Monday through Friday inclusive), explicitly excluding public holidays.

Payment Methods To make purchases through the site, several payment methods can be used, such as credit card (Banca Sella), bank transfer, or PayPal. In the case of credit card payments, charges are processed at the time of purchase. The buyer agrees to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic format. Returns and Refunds Below are the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds of merchandise purchased online in our shop. Provided that the goods are still in their original condition—ununsed, in original packaging, with original tags, and complete in all parts—we accept item returns at no additional charge, according to the following rules:

• Return and refund requests must be submitted through the dedicated section of the site. Requests submitted via other methods will not be accepted.

• For a full refund of the amount paid, requests must be received no later than 15 days from the date the goods are received. In this case, the total amount paid for the item will be refunded via the same payment method used to place the order.

• In any case, we undertake to ensure the User receives the refund within 10 business days of the goods being received at our logistics facility.

• A refund requested beyond the above terms will be issued at our sole discretion.

• If a return is shipped past the required timeframe, we may have to ship it back to the sender and request that they cover the shipping cost.

• The aforementioned return and refund procedures apply exclusively to private customers and not to resellers.

• Return and refund procedures do not apply to customized products and/or items made to order.

Product Replacement for Size/Dimension Exchange We do not perform size exchanges and/or replacements.

Right of Withdrawal Users who are not satisfied with their purchase and do not wish to exchange it for another product (or receive a store voucher of equal value) have the option to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 business days of receiving the product, as provided by current legislation Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Return shipping costs are to be borne by the User, who must return the products within 15 days. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law Relationships between Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A. and the User are governed by Italian law and jurisdiction. Competence to settle any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and the relations governed by them lies with the judicial authority identified by law. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply in the case of specific agreements regarding paid services.

Processing of Personal Data By accessing the site, the User agrees that Cavalleria Toscana S.p.A.—in its capacity as Data Controller—fully complying with the principles set out in EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), may acquire, store, and process the User's personal data and any information necessary for the functioning of the site or services provided through it present on the terminal.
